Product Specifications:

The specifications and features of the electric motorcycles provided in promotional material and discussions are subject to change in the production version.

Product Warranty:

We offer a limited warranty on our electric motorcycles. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damages caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications or attempts at repairs by unauthorized technician.

Customer Support: 

We offer support for any discrepancy with the functionalities of the Vehicle. The customer must contact customer support at first sign of any issues faced with the Vehicle and is encouraged not to attempt any repairs on their own.

Delivery Timeline:

While we aim to deliver the motorcycles within 6 months, unforeseen circumstances might lead to delays. We will strive to keep you informed about any changes to the delivery timeline.

Battery Subscription:

Battery subscription plans are available for seamless access to battery swapping at swapping stations. Subscription charges and terms will be provided separately and are subject to change.

Payment Terms:

The final price may be subject to adjustments based on factors like government taxes and currency exchange rates.

Refund Policy:

If you decide to cancel your reservation, the refund process will be initiated promptly. However, any applicable transaction charges or administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Ownership Transfer:

The ownership of the electric motorcycle will be transferred to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery. Details will be communicated by the company at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for proper maintenance and care of the electric motorcycle, including routine servicing and adhering to safety guidelines. Customers must contact the company in case of any issues with the vehicle.

All transactions and agreements are subject to the laws and regulations of the respective jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through legal processes as per the applicable laws.
