Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer at Paradigm EVs, you will play a pivotal role in designing and ensuring the robustness of our electric motorcycles. This role demands hands-on involvement, from conceptualizing and designing to fabricating and overseeing the transition from R&D to production. If you are a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in automotive projects and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the design and development of the motorcycle chassis, prioritizing structural integrity, weight distribution, and aerodynamics for optimal performance and safety.

  • Contribute to the design of the battery compartment, ensuring secure placement, thermal management, easy access for maintenance, swapping, and developing physical aspects like waterproofing, connector design, and safety features for the battery.

  • Play a crucial role in selecting materials for various components, considering factors such as strength, weight, and durability to meet performance and safety standards.

  • Ensure the safety of the motorcycle through rigorous testing and analysis, implementing design modifications for enhanced safety features.

  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of manufacturing processes for designed components, overseeing the transition from R&D to manufacturing.

  • Participate in the prototyping and testing phases, conducting thorough testing of mechanical components for performance, reliability, and safety.

Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at Paradigm EVs, you will be instrumental in driving the electrical aspects of our smart electric motorcycles. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing electrical systems, ensuring seamless integration with the overall motorcycle architecture. If you are a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in automotive or electric vehicle projects and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the design and development of the electric powertrain, including motors, controllers, and associated electrical components, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Contribute to the design and optimization of battery management systems (BMS), focusing on monitoring, balancing, and enhancing the lifespan of batteries.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues related to power distribution, thermal management, and safety.

  • Work in coordination with Embedded Systems and Software Engineers to integrate electrical systems with firmware and software components.

  • Engage in the fabrication and prototyping of electrical components, actively participating in hands-on activities to refine and validate designs.

  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to implement and scale electrical systems in production, overseeing the transition from R&D to manufacturing.

  • Stay updated on advancements in powertrain and battery technologies, contribute to research efforts, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the electrical aspects of our products.

Full-Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Engineer at Paradigm EVs, you will play a pivotal role in developing the backbone of our software ecosystem. This position involves working on the Cloud Admin Dashboard, the central hub overseeing our Smartgrid network. If you're passionate about leveraging cloud technologies to create scalable and robust systems, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and development of the cloud-based backend infrastructure, emphasizing scalability, modularity, and efficiency.

  • Implement and optimize cloud services, ensuring efficient data storage, processing, and communication for the entire Paradigm EVs' software ecosystem.

  • Design and plan the overall software system architecture, addressing both backend and frontend components.

  • Implement robust security measures to protect user data, station integrity, and system communications.

  • Develop and implement testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing, to ensure the reliability and performance of the cloud-based infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Embedded Systems Engineers and Electrical Engineers, to ensure seamless integration between the cloud-based infrastructure and embedded systems.

Mobile-App Developer

As a Full Stack Engineer at Paradigm EVs, specializing in Mobile and WebApp Technologies, you will be instrumental in crafting the user interfaces for our Cloud Admin Dashboard and Smartphone App. This position involves developing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces to enhance the overall user experience. If you're passionate about creating seamless and intuitive mobile and web applications, we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for the Cloud Admin Dashboard and Smartphone App, ensuring optimal user experience.

  • Implement frontend components for both web and mobile platforms, emphasizing responsiveness and seamless user interaction.

  • Develop and optimize the Smartphone App for iOS and Android platforms, considering platform-specific design principles.

  • Focus on optimizing the user experience through effective UI/UX design principles, incorporating user feedback and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Full Stack Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure Specialist) to integrate frontend components with the cloud-based backend infrastructure.

  • Implement features and functionalities that enhance user engagement and satisfaction, such as real-time notifications and interactive elements.

  • Implement and optimize payment gateways for secure and efficient transactions within the Smartphone App.
